Job Description


  • Arrange and checking all suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices, D/O against GRN are properly recorded.
  • Ensure all the required documents in order then AP posting to the Pronto System.
  • Update Raw Materials purchase Raw Materials Reports.
  • Prepare stock variation reports for Finished Goods/GTI.
  • Prepare monthly custom returns for Raw Materials & Finished Goods.
  • Prepare Credit Notes for Goods Returned.
  • Filing and retention of records in a systematic manner.
  • Perform other duties as required by immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
  • Required language: English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Able to work independently, positive work attitude and teamwork.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Prai.
