Accounts Clerk We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing data entry and administrative duties, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents Respond to financial inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Perform administrative duties related to financial record-keeping, such as filing and data entry Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance preferred 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
