Job Description

:
Data entry (invoice and cash bill)
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Controlling credit and chasing debt
Prepare daily bank reconciliation report
Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking

English Content (Compulsory)1. English Job Requirement
Basic Mandarin and Malay language
Determined, responsible and possess good working attitude
Able to start work immediately

2. English Job Responsibility/
Data entry (invoices & bills)
Assist in general administration and daily operations
Perform basic book keeping duties
