Monitor, update and maintain daily attendance, leaves, and medical expenses.
Assist Executive in all payroll or other HR related matters.
Provide HR service to employees such as company rules and regulation, renewal insurance and panel.
Arrangement for the new recruit and resignation staff all the related matters.
Support day-to-day HR duties and operations.
Monitoring hostel hygiene, hostel arrangement and working environment cleanliness.
Ad-hoc assignment instructed by HOD and Management.
Administrative
Ensure daily administrative task which includes documentation, filling correspondences, coordination and following up on pending matters.
Provide daily meal arrangement, courier and administrative arrangement.
Keep track of office stationaries & handle groceries purchase.
Deal with contractors such as Security Guard, etc, follow up and update contracts.
Maintain and evaluate office assets, office equipment, and supplier such as uniform, rubbish disposal, pest control, air-con servicing, telephone and CCTV.
Requirement:
Possess at least Diploma / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experienced in related field 1- 3years. (Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply).
Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965), Industrial Law (1967) will be advantage.
Computer literate.
Proficient in multi-language. Mainly able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Fast learner and details oriented.
