Job Description


Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants in the navigation of the job application and selection process. HR/Admin \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR and Admin duties and tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling and updating employment confirmation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting email announcements, preparing letters with regards to HR issues such as verification letter, visa application, letter of appointment, performance notice, warning letters, and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administering management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional study and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting and managing meetings, special projects as and when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing headcount and movement reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and implement effective onboarding plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop training and development programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in performance management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Payroll \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather information on hours worked for each employee \xe2\x80\xa2 Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute cheque. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper \xe2\x80\xa2 Process taxes and payment of employee benefits (EPF, Sosco & EIS) \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
