Job Description


Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of day to day accounts and finance functions.
  • Provide timely reporting of all accounting and financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow of the company.
  • To liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agent, company secretary and other statutory compliances.
  • Ensure the company adhere to all internal control and risk management established.
  • To manage full spectrum of human resource tasks.
  • To manage general office administration tasks.
  • To assist in all other tasks as and when required.
Jobs Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the similar capacity.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in using SQL accounting software.
  • Possess strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work within time constraints and autonomously to meet deadlines without compromising on quality and accuracy.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Candidates having accounting experience with construction companies will have added advantage.
