Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 4,200 Per Month

Location: Segambut, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.

Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.

Familiar with common accounting systems (e.g., UBS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Word and Excel.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate maintenance activities for the office and shop.

Monitor the expiry dates of business licenses, service contracts, and agreements to ensure timely renewals.

Prepare and issue delivery orders, e-Invoicing, Statements of Account, and arrange transportation for goods delivery.

Assist in making payments on a timely basis.

Perform credit control by uploading AR data and following up on overdue accounts.

Process the company's monthly payroll and staff claims accurately and on time.

Process the company's statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO) accurately and on time.

Maintain proper filing and recording systems.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters and transactions.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
