PINANG MEDICAL SUPPLIES S/B (PMS) was established in 1980. We are now present in the major cities in Malaysia, as well as in Singapore. PMS also operates the biggest HOMECARE shops chain stores in Malaysia, 25 shops located in the major cities. Homecare shops have available quality and premium products covering elderly care, mobility, posture care, personal wellness, family healthcare, nutritious supplements, medical disposables, nursing beds, bathroom and toilet aids, home safety products, medical devices, beauty care, and others. We carry products from many well-known international brands such as Abena, Matsunaga, Omron, OppO, Backjoy, R&R, Apex, Karma, Timeless Truth, \xe2\x80\xa6. Etc. We are also active in our online stores at www.homecareshop.com.my and other the major market places. PMS is also the sole distributor of CROCS in Malaysia since 2005 with 16 Crocs concept stores in the country. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining full sets of accounts, handling closing of Monthly/ Quarterly Financial or Management Account. \xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing day to day operation in the Finance & Administration Department. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing & monitoring annual budget, revenue forecast, operation costs & expenses. \xef\x82\xb7 Prompt submission of monthly, periodical & ad hoc reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Handling statutory audits, ensure compliance & clearance. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with external parties (e.g.: suppliers, creditors, and debtors) to ensure an efficient operation and smooth process flow \xef\x82\xb7 Perform payment on a schedule basis or urgent basis accordingly \xef\x82\xb7 Perform other related duties as may be assigned or delegated by Management or other person as directed from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account/ Finance or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xef\x82\xb7 Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office. \xef\x82\xb7 Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Mandarin. \xef\x82\xb7 Enthusiastic, disciplined and motivated. \xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal, client relationship management and negotiation skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
