Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, SQL software will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities
Preparation of full set of accounts from bookkeeping accounting entries to full sets accounting including trial balance, income statements, balance sheet, general ledger and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
Hands on in the daily operations to ensure all accounting entries are posted accurately.
Coordinates the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
Issuance of payment and receipt vouchers.
Perform SST submission.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
