Job Description
- Experience on general accounting, accounts payable & accounts receivable procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - esp. Ms Excel
- Good personality - Integrity, positive attitude, self-discipline and mature thinking
- Whilst a degree is not mandatory for this position, but an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required
- Familiar with QuickBooks Online accounting systems
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Purpose and scope:
This job description defines the minimum expectation of a Accounts Executive on his/her duties responsibility and expected knowledge.
Main duty:
- To assist with monthly Management Accounts and other relevent reports requested by Management on timely basis
- Performs matching of sales transactions via e-ccommerce platform and reconciliations of creditor accounts
- Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents for annual Audit and Tax compliance purpose
- Assist/handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management / Superior
- To ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled
Qualification: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
Years of Experience: 2 - 4 years
Office hour: Monday - Sunday (09:00-18:00); Saturday: 09:00-13:00; alternate rest day: Friday or Sunday
