From designing day-to-day processes that keep the company moving on an eCommerce platform, to providing forward-thinking analysis and creating innovative solutions, our Finance team keeps our business on track.

The Job:

• Responsible for General Accounting.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable for the group of companies.
• Maintain ledgers, verify, and record payable transactions.
• Process payments in compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Prepare inter-company billings.
• Perform day to day verification / recording of sales data.
• Maintain receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date
• Reconcile payable / receivable ledgers to ensure all billings & payments / sales & receipts are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare analysis in relation to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform administrative, finance works and general accounting tasks assigned by the superior.

• Possess Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance/ACCA Part Qualified.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, commitment and a sense of urgency.
• Good command of English & Chinese (verbal & written).
