Job Description

• Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional qualification (ACCA, PA, or equivalent), Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance/equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience in full set accounting, AP, AR, and GL, preferably in F&B industry
• Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); practica knowledge of various accounting and payroll software such as SQL, Autocount, Xero, etc.
• Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and BM. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and GL
• Checking and tally Daily/Monthly Outlet\'s Sales & Collection
• Verify and record invoices in system
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and monthly analysis of financial data
• Process payments and maintain daily accounting records and filing
• Participate in financial audits and by assist to deal with auditor, tax agents and company secretary as and when required
• Ensure timely collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow
• Assist superiors with tasks as required
• Maintain organized accounts files by properly filing relevant documents
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed
