Job Description


  • To process all incoming supplier invoices and make sure all are properly recorded and to initiate payments on time according to credit terms.
  • To ensure timely submissions for SST.
  • To handle all customer invoices including the issuing of the invoices and other supporting documents, and to keep track of their payments.
  • To prepare the payment for all suppliers on a regular basis.
  • To check all unpaid customer invoices and liaise with customer / sales team for payment arrangements.
  • To check and handle on staff claims and other expenditure and ensure all are correct and is approved by the management.
  • To ensure all filing of respective documents are done in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Preparing Statement of Accounts for all customers with outstading at beginning of each
  • month.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc assignment as and when required.
  • To perform day to day accounting operations.
  • To assist in yearly stock count.
  • To liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents and other statutory departments.
  • Responsible for Human Resource operations duties such as processing of salary and staff claims
  • Make payment for statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax)
