The Accounts Executive will perform accounting functions for Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

Account Payable:

• Printing, checking, coding and key in of Supplier invoices and Staff claims.
• Process payments.
• Attend to inquiries and filing.

Account Receivable:

• Prepare, coding and key in Invoices.
• Print, match receipts, key in and filing.
• Prepare and email Statement of account.

General Ledger:

• Prepare journal and filing.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation.

Others:

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting record.
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as and when requested by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting
• No experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to understand, speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
