Accounts Executive (full Set)
Job Description
An established and leading beauty and health company is looking for an Accounts Executive to join the team. As an Accounts Executive , you will play a pivotal role in: Handle and manage full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and schedules. Oversee all aspects of accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and payment reconciliation. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to maintain financial stability. Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers, and stakeholders. Assist in setting up, updating, and standardizing accounting systems like SQL Accounting/Xero Accounting. Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management. To be successful in this role, you need to have: At least Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge in accounting software such as SQL Accounting system/Xero Accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
