About the job Accounts Executive, Group FinanceOur client is one of the largest Malaysian semiconductor companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, with total built-up production floor space of 1,800,000 square feet across Malaysia, Philippines and China. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRoles & Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfHandle full set of accounts and to maintain accurate records for all transactions in compliance to financial reporting standard.

• Manage and monitor day-to-day cash flow movement, update & submit daily cash flow reports.

• Processing all documentation for AR, AP, GL, bank transaction for monthly accounts closing timely and accurately.

• Perform financial results analysis thoroughly with supporting documents and detailed workings.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary and others.

• Alert, keep track, and sensitive to important datelines, resourceful, and proactively complete required tasks.

• Any other tasks that are assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Candidates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field. Good working experience in audit firm will be an added advantage.

• Good written and oral communication skills in English. Fluent in speaking, and reading Mandarin is essential in order to review and analyse and communicate with our subsidiary companies in China.

• Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines. Highly organised and detail-oriented.

• Able to work under tight deadline and in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
