The group\'s manufacturing facilities span across 3 countries namely Malaysia, China and the Philippines. They are on the look out for an accounting qualified professional to join their finance team based at their corporate office at Petaling Jaya.
About the job
This role is permanent position where the incumbent will report to Financial Controller. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day financial support of the Corporate Finance team, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are achieved.
As Group Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, focus on month end closing activities by managing day-to-day cash flow movement, processing documentation for AR,AP,GL and bank transaction. The incumbent will be responsible to perform financial results analysis on various accounting matters and prepare and review monthly and quarterly management reports, monthly financial statements.
You will also be involved in liaising with external auditors, statutory bodies and company secretary.
About the candidate
Candidate for this role must be some one with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience to undertake the role successfully. He/She should have knowledge of full set of accounts and knowledge of managing manufacturing accounts.
Candidates who will succeed to take up this role must possess minimum bachelor degree qualification or at best professional qualification ACCA/CIMA.
Possess advance level of Microsoft Excel and computerised accounting systems.
To be considered for this role, candidate must be proficient in English, spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
