\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: Manufacturing CompanyIndustry: Security SupplierLocation: Kempas, JBHeadcount: 1Position Title: Account ExecutiveTenure: PermanentRemuneration: Up to RM7,000\xc2\xb7 Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliation\xc2\xb7 Record and reconcile all intercompany for 3 entities\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly balance sheet and P&L schedules for financial review\xc2\xb7 Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation\xc2\xb7 Upload daily TB upload to HFM and update HFM templates for 3 entities\xc2\xb7 Provide AP coding & AP accrual\xc2\xb7 Prepare recurring debit notes and monthly intercompany related debit notes\xc2\xb7 Review payroll mapping, prepare payroll JE and PTO true-up for 2 entities\xc2\xb7 Prepare quarterly schedules for our corporate and corporate auditors\xc2\xb7 Assist in FP&A questions on actual vs. budget variance\xc2\xb7 Assist with quarterly audit and annual auditRequirement:\xc2\xb7 At least 5-year(s) experience in related field\xc2\xb7 Degree in accounting or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with accounting software packages - like NAVISION preferred\xc2\xb7 More than 4 years\' experience in manufacturing background.\xc2\xb7 Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables\xc2\xb7 Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\xc2\xb7 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process\xc2\xb7 Ability to cope under pressure, collaborates well, self-motivated and self-sufficientSub Specialization : Finance;Accountant
