Job Description

• Possess a Degree / Diploma / LCCI or equivalent, at least 2 years of working experience to handle full sets of account; preferable in retail industry.
• An analytical mind with commercial and business awareness.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Ability to stick to time constraints.
• Detail and desire to probe further into data.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office and accounting software.
• Must be willing to work at Kajang, Sg Chua.

• Handling full set accounts as well as general accounting function in an account and timely manner.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial accounting.
• To collect, interpret, review and analyse financial information.
• Accountable to consolidate, analyse and present the financial reports to management.
• To perform month end closing and prepare the monthly financial statement and management report in timely manner.
• To review company tax return and filing.
• To execute and maintain financial policies and procedures and its related internal controls.
• Responsible for the continuously improvement of people, processes and controls.
• Responsible to handle internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper maintenance of record schedules documentation and filling to support all accounting entries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
