s: - Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization; - Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries; - Handle full set of accounts and prepare management reports; - Planning and monitoring budget and cash flow; - Prepare weekly/monthly report on sales, creditors & debtors aging and bank reconciliation; - To assist in ad hoc assignments and financing matters; Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Professional Certification in Accountancy with minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in property development and/or construction industry; - Diploma holder but with 5 years and above related working experience will be highly considered; - Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage; - Positive working attitude, responsibility, integrity and with analytical aptitude;
