• Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for 3 management entities
• Monthly Review of Balance Sheet accounts, reconciliations and Intercompany schedules
• Prepare and submit GST & WHT payment to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and ensure the timeliness of the submission
• To review and verify supplier invoices against purchase order for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment for local and overseas creditors
• Lead and guide WNS on daily finance operations
• Handle queries and provide information/documents to the Auditors and Tax Agents during annual audit and tax fillings
• To monitor accounts payable to ensure payments are made according to the payment term
• To prepare standard regular payment run to avoid any late payment
• To monitor accounts receivables to ensure prompt collection and monitor debt provision
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Finance Supervisor or Management
• Reporting include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner
• Ensure Company\'s policies and internal controls are in place all the time
• Performs duties in support of daily finance and operations process
• Support in e-commerce D2C billings and payments
