• AP
• Verifying and processing the invoices either incoming invoices / CN prepared by operations staff.
• Coding and booking of GL invoices.
• Preparing monthly creditor payment schedules.
• Preparing daily cheques / online internet payment
• Preparing creditor reconciliation including AP Aging analysis, intercompany reconciliation, and agent reconciliation.
• Liaise with creditor for any missing invoices.

• AR
• Booking / raise manual invoice in SAP (rebilling invoice)
• Updating daily banking transaction.
• Carrying debt collection activities such as preparing AR aging analysis, sending statement of accounts, liaise with customer for any disputed or missing invoices, debtor reconciliation, intercompany and agent reconciliation, and etc.
• Updating CN Listing

• Bank
• Preparing bank reconciliation

• GL
• Preparing monthly Journal Voucher, month-end reporting.

• Report
• Preparing audit, tax and transfer pricing schedule & documentation
• Assisting in management reporting and any ad hoc assignment not listed in the above.

• Admin
• Assist in organizing administration work such as courier services, stationery, pantry and etc

Minimum Requirements

• Professional qualification (e.g., operation level for CIMA or level 1 for ACCA)
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (excel, word, ppt)
• Good English language
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in Finance position preferably at International Freight Forwarding Company
