Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of accounts within the timeframe to present monthly and annually accounting reports.
  • Handle and manage accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash book, and general ledger efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor bank balances and perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain records and manage documents in good and proper manner.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, bank officers and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance of operational procedures to internal control and accounting policies.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Recognised degree and/or professional qualification in accounting and/or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, competent in data management and EXCEL function
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
  • A team player who is self-motivated, independent and has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate good analytical skills and ability in problem-solving
