Perform daily accounts operations task, including banking and finance.
Processing of supplier invoices including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents.
Assists in liaising with auditor on audits and provides account information for tax purposes.
Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is required, preferable in construction company.
Responsible, independent and ability to work effectively within a team with minimum supervision.
Computer literate: Microsoft Excel & Word and familiar with AUTOCOUNT Accounting Software is an added advantage.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors.
