Job Description


RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Perform daily accounts operations task, including banking and finance.
  • Processing of supplier invoices including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents.
  • Assists in liaising with auditor on audits and provides account information for tax purposes.
  • Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is required, preferable in construction company.
  • Responsible, independent and ability to work effectively within a team with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel & Word and familiar with AUTOCOUNT Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors.
  • Preferably candidate who can join immediately
