JOB SUMMARY

Performs accounting functions for Finance Department.

Duties and responsibilities:

T

o handle Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and other

accounting tasks

• Prepare Management a/c
• Compiling and preparing routine reports and summaries
• Prepare and monitor Fixed Assets Listing
• Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare yearly audit and corporate tax schedule.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting record.

Assist in any other ad hoc duties as and when requested by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant working experiences
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa
