Overseeing Finance & Accounts operations Work closely with Director on daily operations, liaise with local auditors and liaise with inter company auditors, tax agents and other financial regulatory authorities. Work closely with Sales and Marketing department on promotion and even budget. Manage group cash flow such as funding and payment. Analyzing group accounts, monthly variance, monthly cash flow forecasting & budget expenditure expense. Prepare monthly profit & Loss Balance sheet Prepare cash flow statement Handling account receivables and account payables Any ad-hoc task when needed
