Client Background: Our client is an AI-powered, managed SaaS platform primarily serving B2B customers across various communities using IR4.0 technology.

Remuneration: Basic salary

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Verify and process staff claims, suppliers\' invoices and payments.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation reports.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse monthly financial reports of subsidiaries and monitor actual performance against budget or forecast.

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounts information.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements and budgets

\xc2\xb7 Assists with companies\' tax compliance process, including GST submission, preparation of companies\' tax estimate and annual tax filings. Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the Finance Department on all financial and accounting matters (both routine and ad hoc assignments)

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Accounting or Finance

\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years experiences in handling full set of company\'s accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to perform and deliver well whilst working under tight deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical & writing skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
