Job Description


PM Advisors is a fast growing fintech company specializing in cashless payment solutions to our clients. We service top banks in Malaysia in their acquiring business and a wide range of merchants business portfolios.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional/Degree/ Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Senior position.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player
  • Strong analytical ability, positive thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sharp time management skills and work independently.
  • Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure with a teamwork-based approach.
  • Able to work beyond regular working hours if required in order to meet timelines and objectives.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible, and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
  • Handling full set of accounts and all aspects of monthly financial and management reporting, budgetary controls, forecasting, etc.
  • Familiar in AR & AP procedures.
  • Processing of Sales Invoices.
  • To ensure journal entries and account ledgers such as GL, AR, and AP are correctly recorded and prepared promptly.
  • Record and process all business transactions within the organization\'s accounting system.
  • Perform monthly and yearly closing activities.
  • Investigation of discrepancies and errors.
  • Handling daily operations and understanding the whole process of the business.
  • Work closely with different departments as part of the process.
  • Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, bankers, etc. on work-related matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc work assigned by the management.
