Job Purpose: To support the Finance & Accounts Department in daily account transaction and operations. Minimum requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, and candidates with experience in accounting firm will be given priority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and SQL accounting software is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent communication and written skills in English. Other language is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hardworking and good analytical behaviours. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle stress in a good professional manner and tight deadlines. Main Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for closing monthly management accounts on a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for recording the accounting transactions accurately and completely into the accounting system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for issuing invoices to customers, issuing purchase order to vendors and preparing payment including but not limited to verifying the accuracy of the vendors\xe2\x80\x99 invoices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for updating bank, creditors\xe2\x80\x99 and debtors\xe2\x80\x99 reconciliations and prepare reports related to audit activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with banks and/or advisor in respect to external and/or internal financing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time. General Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and champion the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Governance, Corporate Vision and Mission, and Corporate Objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage and promote a healthy working culture with a sense of high integrity and good work ethic. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide relevant support to the team from time to time as instructed by the Superior and/or Management.
