1. Key in data accounting (profit loss account and balance sheet) into ubs accounting by daily basis and closing by end of month attached with PO,DO & Inv 2. Prepare and process monthly fixed payment before 15th of the month 3. Responsible to prepare reconciliation bank account, debtor and creditor account on weekly and monthly basis 4. Filing and keep control on financial documentation 5. Assist superior for inventory record by refer to CBS and branches stock card end of month 6. Responsible on petty cash main office and branches 7. GST data input for input & output tax 8. SST & GST submission. Added advantage if have:- 1) Experience using UBS Accounting System 2) Experience handling GST and SST
