- Minimum education: LCCI, Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in accounting/finance.
- Minimum 6-months internship or relevant work experience in bookkeeping
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel & Word applications and any accounting software.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be willing to work in the office at Petaling Jaya.
- One (1) Full-Time position available.
- Assist in accounts payable process, including bills verification with creditors and servicing department, posting data entries, and perform document filing.
- Processing batch payments through online banking and cheque twice in a month and posting of data entries.
- Assist in processing and posting data entries for staff expense claims such as making sure proper bills/receipts are attached and approved by their superior before payment.
- Assist in compiling and posting data entries for management expense claims and business credit cards office expenses before payment.
- Update and reconcile creditors accounts to statement of accounts.
- Send reminders to servicing department to chase payments from customers, collect cheques and customers payment vouchers/advice and update receivables payments.
- Perform admin office work such as answering phone calls, receiving documents/parcels for office, attending to vendors repair and maintenance in office, filing of accounting documents.
- Perform Ad hoc assignments as may be required by superior or management.
