Accounts Executive

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI diploma/ partial professional qualification or a degree qualification in Finance Accounting or equivalent field
- 2-3 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage
- Able to do full set accounts
- Using QnE / SQL Accounting software System will be added advantage
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules and bank reconciliation
- Control cash flow
- Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
- Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit
- Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables
- Maintain proper filling and keep statutory financial records
- Manage payroll
- To be responsible for providing administrative support to the company.
- To perform other related duties as required and assigned.
