Handle full/partial set of accounts and daily operation works of Accounts Department;
Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard
Liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries & etc;
Prepare of management reports, financial analysis, tax computation, quarterly and yearly forecast and budget
Identify and resolve operational issues relating to accounting
Cash management, cash flow reporting and other related analysis
Assist in yearly audit and tax preparation
Maintain and improve internal control, business process and accounting system
Other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in handling full/partial closing full set of accounts with established company
Positive working attitude, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills
Familiar with Accounting Standards, Company taxation and Companies Act
Computer literate with Accounting System and Microsoft;
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
