Job Summary -To handle the full set of accounts, perform daily accounting activities, and conducting monthly closing accounts to Accounting standards. -Handle the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations -Perform daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, receipts and payments. -Conduct monthly closing accounts, including preparation of financial statements and schedules. -Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all transactions -Manage cash flow and forecast future cash requirements -Monitor and manage bank facilities including loans, overdraft and credit lines. -Perform account analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. -Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. -Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants. -Issue and check on invoice and arrange to send to customers. -Assist in overseeing a team of existing administrative employees and their daily activities Job Requirements -Knowledge of Autocount Software
