An established, full-fledged advertising agency in Petaling Jaya with good working environment and operating on a 5-day work week has vacancy for Accounts Executive with the following pre-requisites:
Job responsibilities:
- To handle full set of Accounts with month end closing
- Debtor and creditor management including invoicing customers and monitoring payments to suppliers and preparing debtors aging reports
- SST filing
- Assist to liaise with external auditors and tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to audits and taxation
- With at least 3 years\' work experience
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Familiar with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Mature and a good team player
- 5-day work week
