Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Property Management Office finance & accounting matters;
Preparation of full-set of Account;
Preparation of cash flow projection & monthly management reports;
Preparation of year end closing accounts on timely basis;
Preparation of audit schedule and check tax computations prepared by the tax agent;
Generate monthly debtors aging report, prompt management on debtor status & action to be taken for debts reduction;
Follow up on credit control matters and attend tribunal cases;
Attend monthly meeting with JMB/MC;
Attend to Parcel Owners/Residents enquires and complaints in relation to Service Charges and Sinking Fund payment matters.
Job Requirements :-
Possess at least Diploma/Advance Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA;
At least 3 years working experience in similar position;
Possess good knowledge and skill in accounting softwares, ie. Avelsoft; CSS or UBS;
Good presentation skills;
Self motivated, systematic, independent and result oriented person;
Good communications skills with all levels;
Good command in English writing;

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
