Kelayakan

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or LCCI/ACCA
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Good team player and able to work with colleagues of all levels
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Proficient in using accounting software, knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of local accounting regulations and standards
  • Good working attitude
  • Able to join us immediately
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in managing the company\'s expenses, including invoice approval and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in managing general ledger accounts, and update financial statements.
  • Assist in financial year-end audit and closing of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and other stakeholders as required or other tasks assigned by Head of department/Management.
  • Assist in managing business transactions with journal entries and update financial statements with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and document all financial records and reports in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure appropriate allocation and classification of expenses and revenue.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, as required.
