Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and inquiries.
Assist in the preparation for audits and provide support during audit processes.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization in Malaysia.
