Job Responsibilities:
Finance
Responsible for full spectrum of Finance and Accounting functions:
  • Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, support on cashflow forecast.
  • Prepare monthly reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and schedules).
  • Support on monthly payroll process.
  • Prepare Journals Entries and Audit Schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory requirements.
  • Process staff claims and payment to suppliers.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Admin
  • Provide and support on administration and human resources related matters.
  • Maintain and upkeep employee\'s file.
  • Monitoring employee\'s attendance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in Accounting / Finance.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail.
  • A good team player.
  • Proactive, organized and multi-tasking.
