JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivables functions
• To prepare monthly billings and monitor collections
• To prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash claims
• To perform month end closing and report to management
• To ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
• To maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting / Finance or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably who has working experiences in Hospitality Industry.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
• Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
• Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in PJ areas.
• Excellent communications skills, conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Dependable and hardworking
• Fresh graduates are welcome! On the job training will be provided.
