\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in the daily operation of the accounts department to achieve departmental objectives and goals.

\xe3\x83\xbbTo manage and provide an accurate monthly debtor statement, monthly banks reconciliation, maintaining journal, General Ledger and other reporting. Assist manager to submit reporting to Headquarter.

\xe3\x83\xbbParticipate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.

\xe3\x83\xbbReconcile bills, invoice and identify discrepancies.

\xe3\x83\xbbCreate and update Financial Statements, Accounting Reports, Management Reports.

\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain and archive digital and physical financial records.

\xe3\x83\xbbPerform administrative tasks e.g. filing, data entry, cash SOP, processing mail, etc.

\xe3\x83\xbbHandling daily operations work such as check and processing supplier invoice, sales order (checking), and etc.

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate with operation teams included sales & service coordinator; Identifying and handle an operational issue.

\xe3\x83\xbbPerform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior.

\xe3\x83\xbbDealing with banker, lawyer, secretary, auditor and tax agent. To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account\'s record in proper.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.

\xe2\x9c\x93At least 1 years of experience in auditing

\xe2\x9c\x93Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\xe2\x9c\x93Ability to work independently and in a team environment
