About the job Accounts Executive
Company Background: ?Specializing in the processing of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables for the retail and foodservice sectors
Working days: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 6pm)
Work Location: Shah Alam, Sec 33

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
  • Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions using Payroll Software.
  • Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
  • Monitor and managing e-invoicing
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Autocount) is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and also e-invoicing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
