Responsible for preparation of full set accounts, including general account, account payable and account receivable.
Consolidate bank accounts.
Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time and provide monthly management reports.
Preparation of payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and accounts payable & maintain copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences, and other financial documents from the Accounts Assistant.
Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.
Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.
Responsible for account transactions.
Any ad-hoc task when assigned by management and superiors.
