Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI Certificate in accounting or equivalent.
• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Knowledge of basic booking procedures.
• Familiar with finance regulations.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
• Organization skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Accounting: 2 years (Required).
• Accounts Payable: 2 years (Required).

Tanggungjawab

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• AR Data Entry
• Calculation of sales commission & incentive

Work Duties/ Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Ensuring payment/collections, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Processing expense requests for the Senior Account Executive/ General Manager to approve.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
