To handle account receivables/account payables duties.
Manage daily accounts operations and data entry.
Prepare invoice, payment voucher and statement of accounts.
Ensuring records and transaction are accurately updated.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
To ensure proper filling of accounts records and documentation.
Handle reconciliation of account.
To assist with month-end financial reports
To assist any other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Required for 7 months period start from November 2025 to May 2026
Accounting major
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Aptitude for mathematics
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
