Job Responsibility Principle Duties And Responsibilities Perform monthly, quarterly, and year end finance closing processes, and produce related reports timely and accurately. Prepare general ledger journals, monthly account reconciliations, and variance analysis Maintain the fixed assets system for accounting, processing, and reporting of the assets. Liaise with banks for account openings, updates on authorized signatories, and closures. Monitor cash management, including cash and bank balances. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations, such as invoicing, cash float and other transactions and activities in the accounting department, including solving accounting-related issues. Monitor the inter-company transactions and balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved generally accepted accounting standards. Involve in corporate planning, including strategy evaluation, budgeting, and financial modelling for entire group. Compile relevant information and assist in the preparation of financial and management reports to support corporate governance and performance review. Ensure the accounting records and systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards (MFRS), and other statutory obligations. Prepare statutory financial statements, tax filings, and SST/GST submissions. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Support the readiness and rollout of e-invoicing system to ensure full compliance and other improvement initiatives in financial reporting and finance operational processes. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field with hands-on experience in spreadsheets and financial reports is an added advantage.
