• At least a higher qualification or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Skills:

• Mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess hands-on-attitude, excellent management, supervisory and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• To oversee and ensure all aspects of corporate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, preparation of financial statements preparation and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• To prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and management. Always alert and informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.
• To monitor all company activities related to accounts and finance such as company documentation flow and latest updates from Government bodies regarding accounts and finance.
• To coordinate with auditors to oversee the audit process, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements and addressing any audit findings.
• To develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position, ensuring
• compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and forecast alignment with organizational goals and strategies. To manage and optimize cash flow to meet financial obligations and support growth.
• To develop, implement, and continuously improve internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigating actions to mitigate identified risks.
• To conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• To support management in evaluating investment opportunities and assessing their financial viability.
• To manage the finance team by providing guidance, coaching and professional development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and growth.
• To liaise with banks, auditors, Secretary companies, Government bodies and related party.
• To carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
