Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records, and prepare monthly statements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain financial records and files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and budgets as required by management.
  • Communication: Interact with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide information as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
