• Degree holder and min 5 years Construction & Audit Experience
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice period.

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting summaries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Handle any ad hoc financial or administrative tasks assigned by management.
