Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all accounting data input into the computer system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual Financial Reports.
  • Assist in the coding of all invoices/billings and prepare analysis for month end closing.
  • Update internal databases with account details.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
  • Address payment issues.
  • Prepare creditors reconciliation.
  • Billings to customers.
Requirements:
  • Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in customer service field is a plus.
  • Proficient with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time-management abilities.
